• Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• All cash on delivery orders placed for products available on our website above 30,000.00 PKR need an advance payment even if COD method is selected. Customer will be contacted for payment on order confirmation.
• Our customer service is available from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays in the Pakistan.
• Orders placed for products available on our website are shipped domestically from Pakistan.
