BC+ Oxidizing Emulsion (Developer)

A professional developer with a pleasant fragrance, made to activate BC+ hair colour and bleach for even, reliable results. Available in 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume strengths so you can choose exactly what your colour needs.

Strength Guide:

• 10 Vol (3%): For tone-on-tone or darker shades.
• 20 Vol (6%): For grey coverage and 1 level of lift.
• 30 Vol (9%): For 2 levels of lift.
• 40 Vol (12%): For maximum lift.

How to Use:

1. Choose the strength based on the hair's current colour and the colour you want.
2. Mix with an equal amount of BC+ Hair Colour Creme (1:1), or as directed for bleach powder.
3. Apply immediately after mixing.

Suitable For: Use with BC+ Hair Colour Creme and BC+ Bleach Powder.
